Torvosaurus, savage lizard
IN REAL LIFE
Torvosaurus often takes on the role of apex predator in many jurrssic ecosystems, as they were a world-wide species, being able to be found anywhere except Antarctica
They often hunted large herbivores like stegosaurus, most likely due to their stocky build, took them down using Blunt and/or pure strength.
PATH OF TITANS VARIANT
Torvosaurus often takes on the role as ageneralist, not specifying in a specific niche or role, which makes them great adaptable predators
They often rely on Blunt strength, and bleeding their prey similar to allosaurus.
They often hunt mainly anything they can get their claws on, however it has been noted that torvosaurs primarily hunt the following:
Iguanodon
Albertaceratops
Amargasaurus
Young eotriceratops
Stegosaurus
Young therizinosaurus
Parasaurolophus
Lambeosaurus
Torvosaurs are usually solitary, as it's not uncommon to see torvosaurs often having Territorial disputes, or fighting for food
Torvosaurs are often very Territorial, some specimens who are in competition with other similarly sized predators have been noted to actively search for any intruders in their territory, in which it often results in a fight between the two.
They often are seen resting near ponds, under the cover of bushes or trees, or dens, as when they aren't actively hunting or having Territorial disputes, they are very lazy in nature.
Their most common competitor Is Acrocanthosaurus, some torvosaur specimens have been noted to act very differently when seeing an acrocanthosaur, some often getting out of the area immediately, or ambushing the acrocanthosaur in an attempt to dispatch the predator so it doesn't pose a threat for the future.
