AI, or Artificial Intelligence, are unplayable dinosaurs and fauna that carnivores can hunt for food.
Behavior
AI creatures have logic to sleep, drink, eat, flee, and search for a target. They have "states," which indicates their most pressing need or emotion.
States
- Combat (red)
- Chasing (orange)
- Scared (yellow)
- Worried (purple)
- Searching (brown)
- Thirsty (light blue)
- Hungry (green)
- Guarding (gray)
- Patrol (dark blue)
- Idle (white)
Burrows
There are small burrows throughout Panjura that serve as spawn points for AI. AI may also flee back into their burrows if the player starts chasing them. The player can dig small AI creatures out of their holes and chase after them as they flee. Players cannot enter burrows, however.
