Gondwa is the second of two official maps in Path of Titans. One of the stretch goals reached through the crowdfunding campaign that is currently under development which was previously known as “the island map”.
The new map “Gondwa”, is similarly based around the ancient supercontinent “Gondwana”. With this new map comes a big emphasis on unique biomes and the questing experiences within them. There are dozens of visually distinct areas connected by paths and rivers, such as jagged red rocks, orange sandy deserts, lush green grasslands, salt flats, and even rainbow mountains! Quests will also be improved to include more variety along with more food types to follow. Beached sharks will offer a great snack for beachcombing scavengers, and cactus fruits for foraging herbivores.
This map released on December 7th, 2022 along with the first fully aquatic and first fully flying characters.
Biomes[]
Currently the only confirmed biomes are; jagged red rocks, orange sandy deserts, lush green grasslands, salt flats, and even rainbow mountains. However many other unnamed biome types have been shown in the trailer and developer blog as shown below.
